Kier Lehman is an Emmy and Grammy-nominated music supervisor. His work on the Academy Award-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse contributed to the soundtrack’s massive success, with its hit single “Sunflower" going multiplatinum. His most talked about credit, HBO’s hit series Insecure, consistently ranked amongst the shows with the best music on television.
The range of projects Kier has music supervised is vast, from the billion-dollar Lego Movie franchise, Queen & Slim and Michelle Obama documentary Becoming, to HBO’s acclaimed series The Night Of and Entourage.
His dramatic and comedic television credits also include the AppleTV+ series The Changeling, Abbott Elementary on ABC, The Muppets Mayhem for Disney+ and The Afterparty on AppleTV+.
Kier has won five Guild of Music Supervisor awards from eight nominations and recently completed work with producers Chris Miller and Phil Lord on season 2 of The Afterparty and the hit sequel Across The Spider-Verse.
James Cartwright is a Los Angeles-based music supervisor and music industry professional of more than 15 years. After working on Grammy Award-winning records at indie rock stalwart Merge Records, James moved to the TV and film space to work under Kier Lehman.
Learning the ropes music coordinating on projects like HBO’s Insecure, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Lego Movie 2, and The Mitchells vs The Machines, James has now supervised a wide breadth of projects like It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Good Burger 2, Mythic Quest, Muscles & Mayhem: An Unauthorized Story of American Gladiators and I Want You Back. James has a Guild of Music Supervisors nomination for his work on HBO's docuseries The Lady and The Dale. He lives with his wife and two crazy chihuahuas in Northeast LA.
Tasha Peter is a Music Supervisor and Coordinator at Bad Sneakers. Tasha started her career at Dreamworks Animation Television as the Music Assistant to the Head of TV Music, Alex Nickson, and Director of TV Music, Frank Garcia. She quickly moved her way up to Music Supervisor while at Dreamworks and worked on projects such as Netflix’s Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Fast & Furious: Spy Racers, and Gabby’s Dollhouse to name a few. Since then, Tasha has coordinated on multiple TV shows and films including Abbott Elementary, Truth Be Told, CSI: Vegas, Nimona, On The Come Up, The Changeling, Tom and Jerry, and more. Tasha music supervised the Apple TV+ show, Life by Ella, and is currently working on two animated Apple TV+ projects in production. As a singer and multi-instrumentalist, Tasha has always had an ear for music and a deep love for storytelling.
